Good question. News release. Ticker change obviously. I'm riding freebies, so I'll wait and see.

Certainly unexpected, but this could be big. Let's find out what the value of this new entity is. Could be big. Spin off from a NASDAQ company. They did this for a reason.

And there seems to be demand. Shares are getting gobbled up.
