After having SHs wait 6+ yrs, why would he do that? Is he into torturing SHs? LOL

If good news then Kenny would want to announce after hrs today. Let it run on a Friday.

If bad news, then Kenny goes into procrastination mode. Wait till the PPS starts to fade back down. Days, or a week doesn't matter. The suspense of silence might help support the PPS. Then issue a PR like the last one - still talking to the FDA.

Any CEO worth a damn would want good news out to the public as soon as possible. Putting it out on a Friday after hours? So that nobody will even notice an after hours PR?
