They are setting up a brand new industry and they are doing it right! There are a lot of really talented people in the black market and when they shift over to the legal system Canada will continue to grow some of the best weed on the planet. We do not need to fill our jails with folks just trying to get by. The rollout has been controlled and planned because of the nonsense we have seen on the other side of the border. I am delighted they are taking their time (Geeze it has’t been that long, only 3 years) They are putting everything in place to have a large share of a global market.
