Thomas, Jr., as representative of the stockholders of SmartPharm Therapeutics, Inc.

$SRNE, yes it is. And in the details it doesn't state they will sell (personally selling at 10.00 is cutting themselves short at least 50% IMHO as SRNE will be above $20 in a few months)
