Definitely, much can be arranged and some nice ways to handle debt.

The fact director owns most leaves a strong chance for a deal. Maybe preferred shares locked for a year so they hit their 1.00? Lol jk.

But if company plans to sell all assets to clear off remaining debt, we can see some big numbers here.
