What Opti did ,and I do not know why they did the
whole reverse merger doubt to take attention from other stuff

The share structure was from the 2019 10k financials
that was supplied to OTC Markets !
it does NOT look like a reverse split !
It looks like the 2019 10k and OPTI knows that !!!
Why would they not just say that??
Maybe to have something to blame for the PPS going down and to divert attention
