stimulus package does not touch F and F (other than if in some fashion it brings money to mortgage forbearance)

The gov't could use the stimulus package to pay FnF, that way it hides the fact that they will be court ordered to return the money

Does this mean Fannie and Freddie need $240 billion from stimulus Package?
