I've been through this before elsewhere, and everyone can guess in response to whom:

And as it was in that case, so it is in this case. NVSOS updates don't typically show up instantly, especially since there are clerical lags due to a covid-related backlog. As always, I was proven to be 100% correct in that case, and will be again here with QUTR. It's NEVER the case that an 8-K is filed for a merger and the facts from the 8-K show up instantly at NVSOS. Why? Because in this case, the information needs to be made public first via 8-K and PR. NVSOS will be updated in due time, and nobody sincerely believes that the lag time between SEC filed documents showing change of officers and officer updates at NVSOS is problematic in the slightest.
