SEC is not suspending dis Daytrader2013... because it was current up to or shortly before da bankruptcy filing and under a year ago ( not over a year with letters sent and no replies to the warning letters they always send to the address on file with da SEC way before such a thing... like 6 months before or whatever ) ... just because you sold to go to another that then got suspended because they were delinquent way too long and also never responded to da SEC letters... etc... lol... so many SEC delinquent stocks on OTC that even have not been suspended after being 2 yearzzz plus late... but that is because those have responded to SEC and said they are tryin' and working on it etc... lolzzz...
