This is great news, but it puts VPLM in the same position it was in, VPLM CLEAR HAS DEFEATED APPLE AT THE PTAB, but the district courts have not sided with the PTAB.... if the case in WACO gets transfered, it will get sent back to the same court that invalidated the last court case via ALICE....So i am cautiousally optimistic here.
