IMO if the WH and Senate flip, legalization is coming to the USA w/i the first 100 days.

Predicating Aphria's PPS growth is when and who are they buying in the USA and what will their intentions be?

Will they stick to the wholesale model, or will they enter the MSO marketplace?

Questions will remain about cannabis movement across state lines until legalization is defined. Will inefficiencies persist requiring MSOs to duplicate cultivation and processing facilities. Will marijuana be allowed to cross state line if both states have rec legalized it?

If / When Dems take WH, and do good in Senate, and K Harris' views over-ride Biden's conservative cannabis stance, then yeah, GoSing, you are correct that Aphria's share price zooms... imho.
