The only hard evidence comes from Halberd and that is not a reliable source if you know the history of this scam shell. ASU has not published anything relating to this deal and should cast doubt about the legitimacy of Halberds claims. When you have a shell company that constantly changes its stated goals and business plans over the years while never actually producing any results other than selling worthless stock that should be a huge red flag.
"My expectation is they will come up with new partners, probably a pharmaceutical company (existing producer of nasal sprays)". That would be great. GO $HALB$.
