I'm not sure what happened with him. The lawyer behind the whole scam(Jehu Hand) went to prison for doing the same thing with other companies but I'm not sure they tied EXBX to him in the end. Jacob and everyone else just disappeared and missed their court dates for suing us shareholders so it was finally dropped.
All I know is if Jacob is involved, it's bad news.
