#27427 RE: Russian-Trader #27425

Sometimes companies increase the number of shares being offered, if the demand for shares is strong enough. The offering price of $2.10/share is very interesting to me.

In a previous post I said I decided not to announce my future trades of FCEL, however I now decided to announce that a few days days ago I placed GTC order to buy back (more than half of my former quantity of FCEL shares) of FCEL shares at a limit price of $2.10/share (that replaced a considerably older GTC order to buy at $2.04/share). In light that the ATM offering is priced at $2.10/share my order will likely get filled, but the stock price for existing outstanding shares probably will drop below the offering price for the new ATM offering. I might place an order to buy more shares, but, if so, at a price somewhere below $2.10.
