He believes it will make the stock more attractive to the big boys and he is probably correct. I don't like it but it may be the best move in the long run.
Of course some R/S end with the stock going higher. With AMMX, we have one shareholder who owns 67 million shares and the price was not moving higher even though sales are exploding. I think they are working to make the stock more attractive to funds and if it is less attractive to the penny players that may prove to be a good thing. Small players do not often move this stock. I am staying around for the change over.
