So court should be cancelled tomorrow.
I was told there was no way the Adhoc would ever make it to court. It’s a good thing for us.

People have brought up Tuesday Morning as an example (a company with positive operational cashflow and positive shareholder equity...neither of which JCP has)...so let’s do that again. Even when a “deal” was reached the judge automatically established the OFFICIAL EC for TM equity...and the reason was that he saw a reasonable potential for a return to equity.

So why didn’t the judge just do that here?
