Who knows maybe Mark will spend some time at the prison, I hear they are in need of reliable covid-19 testing. He may have to train the guards and staff on how to administer the Arrayit test. The statement "Mark is going to prison" may prove accurate after all.

Kinda reminds me of the calls of no SEC suspension

What's predicted on this board has no relevance to reality. No jail time? Is that coming from the ex SEC lawyer that was working every day with the SEC on behalf of ARYC? Seems like all those old predictions resulted in a civil and criminal suit.

There's a long road of legal proceedings ahead for Dr Schena. Right now he's facing a max of 30 years and millions in fines. Can he get a deal that keeps him out of prison? Possibly but it's not a slam dunk by any means. Even if he evades time, the fines, the ban from being an officer and being a convicted felon will be a huge barrier for future business.

Given what has been made public, they need a huge cash infusion. All of the recent charges by the DOJ and SEC and the other outstanding lawsuits will make that extremely difficult.

Mark is going to get a least 6 years, and more like 8-12.
