Never insinuated there is. But, THERE IS, a reason for them to get out early, it's called liquidity.
Their losses still exist but soon there will be NO BUYERS AT ALL and their losses go from a fraction of there investment, to their entire investment ;-)
Hundreds of millions of RBII shares were traded between the 1 and 3 cent mark in the one month period prior to the suspension. There is no reason for those investors to sell for a loss yet. RBII will just gradually die on the vine.
