LOL, there cant be a CE mark before the end of September because there has not been a CE mark submittal for approval.

I mean, if berman is going to PR a pre-EUA application submittal you would think he would be screaming from the roof tops about the CE submittal and every nuance along the way to denial. but, what have we heard....crickets!

Of course it is. Ridiculous to everyone except those that own DECN. Let's say that's true, then it wouldn't be a big deal IF the distributor is going to get the approvals. Just show me the damn distributor's applications at least, in each country, if not the approvals themselves.

The other part to that is of course the countries would need to see the test data! Is Berman REALLY going to let that dead cat out of the bag and let others see the test data? (i love that phrase! lol)

In the pinks/grays they just don't get it. The idea that they are taking orders when no country has given approval for sales there is PURE PINK SHEET. Anyone who believes that deserves the low prices that are coming!
