If they were converted they were already in the OS, it was not a residual increase.

I suspect IR originally estimated the OS increase of the final note and now have a firm count, hence 70m.

It is probable that it was sold into the market after the pr last Tuesday. But the OS didn't increase and it only represents 10m of the 200m+ share volume in the past week.
