PASO may control it but my understanding is that there is probably a fair amount of discussion of what they are doing.

I am assuming that PASO is double checking everything and that this 'restructuring' as they called it in one PR, was probably discussed well in advance with CLXH

The LOI would have been terminated by CLX if PASO increased their share structure without the blessing of CLX while bound with their standing LOI
