the product is good and should be the default for apprehending people with mental problems as the police seem unable to do that safely with out using tasers or guns.
the problem is the stock/company. As the CeO knows (since he founded and ran Taser/Axon) it is hard to make a profit on one product given the investment in support and training required an dthe infrequent reorder of supplies.
TASER became profitable when they moved in to the body cam business and cloud storage etc. They still do not make a profit on the taser business.
I would be holding out for a toake over bid by someone (may be TASER or their body cam competitor) once all the product development cost has been assumed by WRTC. Once they release generation 3 may be?
