Yes, and one of the few times I agreed with another Dr., that not having a deficiency normally (as with most vitamins & minerals) makes it unnecessary to overtake them.
In extraordinary times, we may need extraordinary measures, just monitor yourself closely.

Like we monitor our stocks closely. ;-)
