Official NT 10-K is filed....

Yeah, with all this COVID "stuff" I've been seeing a LOT of those lately.

Trying to do accounting and an audit (this is a 10-K, NOT a 10-Q quarterly- so it's the big annual report and thus fully audited, the most complex filing of every year) - doing it via Zoom and crap is slow and tough.

SEC is being real lenient right now- and by them filing the proper notice, they get the delay allowance anyways.

Running Sloooowwww like everything now days - I'm trying to file ONE stupid piece of paper w/ a govt office, and it's like trying to split the atom right now. NO IN-PERSON and ALL BY MAIL, so if I missed dotting an "i" they mail the damn thing back to me- start all over again.

It's nuts out there.
