No I meant RS because the only reason to do an RS is to create new authorized shares to raise funds with 99% of the time and this time would be no different. Again that's worst case scenario with 0 remedy which I don't expect but Mr. Markets from Missouri, the "Show Me State" so day's the range we trade in until somebody shows something. :-)
