Highly doubt that is what they are trying to figure out. Their is nothing that idicates or indicated that the vaccine its self is not effective. I'm not here to promote Inovio or degrade them. The science is firm and the device works just fine. DNA treatment for diseases and vaccines is where we are headed for the future like it or not. Someone has to be the pioneer and the risk taker to make it happen and with that comes unnexpected set backs and delays. Whether or not Inovio has what it takes to be the leader is yet to be seen. But, if they arnt someone else will be and the same challenges will be faced. Problem is everyone wants a 10 bagger overnight and if they don't get it its always the blame game and run on to the next latest greatest thing.
I appreciate what your trying to do here, especially with your past in this position. I also agree with your posts that this isn't necessarily a position that those that are new to trading should be messing around with without extreme caution or a high risk tolerance. What I do disagree with is your position with the science. If you want to bash on management all day long... fair enough I might even aid the cause. But when you bash the science behind what is going on without being able to back it up with an equal scientific justification I draw the line. Would appreciate that if your going to speak negatively on the scientific aspect or on the delivery method you would back it up with data that supports what you are claiming.
