Agreed, applying a fair PE, .09 is bang on. But, why should this be one of a handful of OTC stocks that trades according to actual value. 98% of other stocks mentioned on IHUB are trading at astronomical multiples of losses, not even profits. And, with only 41 million no reason this can/should not be .25+ IMO. Chart is showing a turning upwards, albeit ever so slowly. Accumulation is higher than in past. IMO< it is setting up for a run to .25+ soon here.
