I texted jan and basically asked to put a fork in this, let us take our tax write offs and move on. He said, sorry not planning on letting it die and cant get current with filings without funding.
Does delisting or contract breech allow for a PP write off on taxes...only maybe to have to add it all back in if a shocker happens and this resurrects? I cant easily found an answer on google. Any internet tax experts out there?
