These INCOMPETENT clowns can't even properly.....

file a trademark application when given instructions.

The USPTO asked for a specimen other than the original. When something is said to be being used in commerce, PROOF should be easy.

So today they begged for reconsideration but still did NOT provide a specimen.

They were REFUSED because they did not submit a proper specimen, and instead of simply using a picture of Tinkerbell 2.0 they posted on Facebook or something, they just asked for reconsideration.

I know they have an attorney, but this is just plain STUPID.

You can't fix STUPID.

Thus, the refusal to register the applied-for mark in International Class 12 is now made FINAL because applicant failed to provide evidence of use of the mark in commerce.

Registration is refused because the specimen appears to be mere advertising and does not properly show the applied-for mark as actually used in commerce in International Class 12.
