#202226 RE: BullMonkey #202219

<< Make millions? Doing what? >>

This has been explained many times on this board over the last year or so.

Kim (the magical CEO) gives himself millions of shares, sells them on the open market for profit, then loans a portion of that money back to the company (for 3% COMPOUNDED interest).

For example, according to the most recent 10K quarterly filing he just gave himself 10 million shares on July 30, 2020 (worth a cool $1.5 million). He will probably loan a few $100K back to the company ovver the coming months (for 3% COMPOUNDED interest), but will pocket most of it.

He also gives himself about $1/2 million per year in salary and benefits. Some of that is deferred, but he makes 10% COMPOUNDED interest off of that. By doing that he has been able to turn about $2.4 million into $3.6 million (about a 50% profit) over the last few years. And that number will just increase exponentially over the next year or so.

Those are just some of the ways that he lines his pockets off the backs of shareholders. There are probably plenty more ways that we don't know about.
