I've been here 6+ years, I remember there was 1 day with over 1 billion in volume (April 4th, 2014) and it hit .0006. The day before had 900 million in volume.
Since then there was an 800 mil volume day in 2018 and it went to .0003.
The problem is after the big volume days the volume drops off to under 50 million and it fades out. Sustained volume and this would easily run out of trips. I believe it began trading differently after those big volume days in 2014.
A large number of the O/S is restricted and owned by the company so the tradeable shares are lower than the share structure would suggest.
