Why they should read the thread or why wish them luck. Thank God I'm retired, but I can remember a few times when I was the new hire. On several occasions it would have been nice to know the reality of the company. Should I stay or should I go. I'm sure these folks were told how wonderful the company is. It would be a good education in my humble opinion read this thread, look at glassdoor and other sources to see what they sign on for. As fas wishing them luck, I would love for them to well as it should help the stock holders.
