Lack of buying (buys are currently 2 to 1 for sells) is also due to those (like me) who have millions upon millions of shares and wish to add when the number is hit...below their average!
I think you are missing what is happening big time. White Lion is already selling a new batch of shares since the issuance of the PR. VRUS stopped reporting the OS changes on Friday 9/18. After that they issued the remaining shares under the S-1 to White Lion. In my opinion, VRUS already got the money to pay the upcoming debts.
