Hey SB,

it is very odd. Appears they filed a 211 on 09/18/2020. Expected to be approved by 10/18/2020.

I saw this before on another Expert Stock, but it did not end up being approved. Therefore they are still in Expert (will have to research to find the ticker).

CRCW could very well end up back in Expert. If they do I will take them off the list.

Its not really that unusual to see a Pink Current Info with a CE, especially in the case of stock promotions, where it does not actually get suspended, just gets slapped with a CE, like NANN.

One ticker I followed had a CE for several years, despite being Pink Current Info at the time, and no stock promotion, the company even sued OTCM to try and get it removed, to no avail. Somehow OTCM knew there was a 'Public Interest Concern' there, how I don't know, but eventually, later on, the SEC did end up filing a lawsuit against it's CEO. SO OTCM knew knew something was amiss there, long before the pubic did.

I tried putting a bid in on CRCW, but it cant be traded with my broker, at least not yet, perhaps when/if the CE is removed.
