Im with you Money man. At these prices the better bet is to hold out for potential growth. There is a chance of a downward turn but at this point for most people its not worth selling at these prices.

Ive been saying for a couple weeks now that their RPs reflect completed plans in early 07 thus Im optimistic for a strong January.
