So you don’t have a copy of an executed STA with Visolis/LCY and a judges approval on it.
I didn’t think so I will file that mystery STA under the fiction section as it doesn’t exist

It’s also been proven many times that it was not signed.

It’s also been proven the company was liquidated for 4.34m and you haven’t heard from them in 2 years.

Here is a link to the Assignment Transfer Draft which was never executed. In the beginning Visolis/LCY had spoke about having the STA transferred to them but in the end they decided not to. They did not pay the back royalties and opted out of the STA.
Unlike the APA which does have an Approval and Vesting order the STA was never executed.
I would like to see a link to your mystery STA that you speak of if you have one
