20.25b expires tomorrow. So unless the FED adds that much
or more in repo's, they will be draining from the banks.
I've created a fake trading fund, and will be posting the
results here on the thread. Should be fun to see if we
can score some profitable trades using the FED as a guidepost.

IMHO they tend to buy low and sell high.
