The easiest way to understand the golden cross is to google "Golden Cross". It is when the 200dma intersects the 50bma. Should be sometime in January. Hope this helps

A golden cross is when a shorter average crosses a longer average. For example the 14MA crosses the 50MA or the 50MA crosses the 200MA.

A golden cross signals a bullish trend and is reinforced by higher volume.



We already have several crosses including the 20/5 and the 50/14. The 50/14 was especially important as it was met by increased volume.
