Haha, sounds like you’ve been snowed:

1. Ian was not to receive money, company was, VRUS Q said it was paid, my guess is they can prove it fairly easily, the use of 100k may be a question mark
2. You said Ian Said he was supposed to be given shares. Where does it say that? If he’s talking about shares of TAM, he’s the originator, he wouldn’t have to receive shares that he originated.

What I suggested to Mark. If the deal was about the 850k PO, the 100k was worth it, and then anything TAM produced after that would be gravy.... Ian Ron, however, seems to think he got screwed. Verus could just alleviate much of the headache, and simply transfer the shares of TAM back to Ian Ron and wash their hands, cut bait, and concentrate on growth.... It doesn’t help having a baby on twitter making insinuations, provocative statements, and threats.... Ian really shows how immature he is by airing out his grievances in cryptic tweets. Anshu should try to stay above it, and if he’s happy with the original PO... just return the company to Ian, so he can try to get another investor to believe he has the world for sale at $100k, lol
