I think it has to be the RLF inhaler trial. The PB1046 trial are enrolling 210 patients "who require urgent decision-making and treatment at approximately 20 centers in the United States." Likely far fewer than 100 patients per location. RLF's wording of "moderate to severe" in their inhaler trial matches the wording used in the Texas Babtist video. Timing makes sense too.
