Translation: Wee Willie said they got 1.3 mil but really they just diluted stock and fell well short on the funding claim so Wee Willie is in negotiations with the Rhode Island circle about a reverse split.

Well no, they didn’t “just get $1.3 million”, they are to receive compensation for purchases of new equipment required to maintain their service at current levels after the TV satellite band is reduced to allow the spectrum to be used by cell phone companies. The funds won’t be dispersed until 2022...
