Careful what you wish for, with the fraud claim being part of the lawsuit the state of Washington May decide to hit them with charges on that alone...

I have waited 4 years before the Justice Department has filed criminal charges because the burden of proof is greater - the Justice Department takes their time and when they file a criminal complaint it because they know they will win.

Costello has serious legal problems and isn't smart enough to understand it.

Yes, there are maybe two government agencies investigating Costello minimum, one a state agency the other a federal agency and yes...I believe at least one subpoena has been issued so far maybe more. And a number of criminal complaints have been filed by individuals to the proper agencies related to Costello and at least 15 whistle blowers have blown the whistle to the SEC regarding Costello and GRN. Give it time, they move slow but its moving.
