Your obviously a very intelligent person. So surely you realize in your 13 paragraphs and two links that you didn’t even answer the question directly. I mean you come to this board and drop this bomb and then beat around the bush about the future of this shell and “potential plan”. I am personally calling BS if you can’t answer a simple question with a simple answer. Would coulda shoulda ....... the court granted KNC custodian already. Why stay silent then? Why now is it that you come out of the shadows?
I wasn‘t talking about becoming SEC current but rather getting current with otcmarkets. Being dark won‘t play anymore at least not on the pink sheets. This new amendment goes into effect in about 50 days and from there they will apparently have a grace period for all dark stocks but after 9 months (or is it even 2 years-the last paragraph is a bit confusing), these dark stocks will go to the grey sheets, with no broker dealer quotes anymore, almost all of them.
