Like I have been saying, Rene was and is involved in the criminal enterprise known as Arrayit. The SEC just laid out evidence she knew the letter was fraudulent and it’s her name on it as CEO of the business.

The thought of some pharmaceutical executives sitting in a boardroom talking about a “hostile takeover” over a company whose shares are being traded on the grey market is the most outrageous claim in my 3 years of being here.

Please tell me that people have enough knowledge to know that a “takeover” would also transfer all of Arrayit’s liabilities from the other lawsuits onto the new company.

Additionally, what does Arrayit have that is of any value? Expired patents and “promises” of pipeline test that have never been independently confirmed.

Yes by the tone. IMHO

I understand you think all of these charges are BS or some conspiracy against ARYC. I respect your opinion. I however feel differently reading the DOJ and SEC complaints. I feel they neglected their duty as a public company.

Here's a few things that concerned me:

The CEO was the primary contact at Arrayit for the audit engagements with the Auditing Firm. However, Mark Schena was often copied on e-mail correspondence between the Auditing Firm and the CEO regarding the status of the audits.

The Auditing Firm expressed these problems in several emails to Mark Schena and the CEO.

The CEO failed to respond to the Auditing Firm’s communications , for up to several months

On or about December 31, 2018, the CEO, Mark Schena, and other Arrayit personnel drafted and issued a press release titled “Arrayit Corporation CEO Letter to Shareholders”

And it goes on and on in the complaint. I believe calling out not only Mark but the "CEO" leads me to believe there's more to come.

I could be wrong, but go ahead and laugh out loud, you and others on the board have the luxury to do so. I don't think anyone in the ARYC camp is laughing at all.

Let's see how it plays out.

The “tone” of the SEC complaint tells me that they are going after Mark only, leaving both Rene and the corporation free to carry on. Otherwise, they would have named both Rene and Arrayit as co-defendants.
