The important note is that it also list Expert Market instead of Grey.

CE is just a buyer beware notice..possibly because in expert market we do not have quotations which makes for a wary situation. I'm not sure that I've seen an Expert Market Stock without a CE.

I recall two other stocks that were suspended around the same time as CYPE:

Bh.Ti and WS.mL


Bh.Ti still remains in grey while WS.mL has also moved to Expert. Both still contain CE status.


Db.Mm, also another grey gone expert, has CE and also trades volume on most days. 2M avg for 10 day. Closing Friday with 2.52M.


CE will be removed if/when this puppy moves back to Pink.
