Try to copy and paste, if not go to thread for some of those issues. Or don't. Go do some yard work or be nice to the wife. Yard work, the dishes, a dinner out.. some say is even better than saying I luv u. Kinda talk is cheap thing. Good luck.
mcmuggets Bullish 9/26/20, 10:42 AM $SNDL Silver lining in everything, at least the convertible bond holders added provisions in event of a sale to a larger company. They want to be paid out and also get a 3% premium to any premium the rest of the shareholders get. Greedy, but hey, would you ask for anything less? https://charts.stocktwits.com/production/original_246497287.png
mcmuggets 9/26/20, 10:14 AM $SNDL Looks like total indebtedness fell from 2019 to 2020, and continues to fall because I am pretty sure that at least $15-18M of those unsecured convertible notes have been converted at these super low prices. https://charts.stocktwits.com/production/original_246495486.png
mcmuggets 9/26/20, 10:12 AM $SNDL For those saying management is lining their pockets, I don't see that.... look at share based compensation fall greatly since the PREVIOUS now KICKED OUT management. Yeah, I think these new guys are for real https://charts.stocktwits.com/production/original_246495368.png
mcmuggets Bullish 9/26/20, 09:46 AM $SNDL everyone talking reverse split like it's a done deal. Well, turns out that after Dec 28th, they have up to 6 months (that puts us around June 2021) to do their reverse split to regain compliance. Guess what, they already got the vote from shareholders to do a reverse split if needed, so they can literally sit and wait until the last moment. This can get over $1/share by June 2021 you'd think? https://charts.stocktwits.com/production/original_246493800.png https://stocktwits.com/symbol/SNDL
