It is less an "investigation" and more of a vetting for issues. That does not take a lot time. If issues are found that takes it to an entirely different legal bucket and that times a long time. I don't expect that path. I believe we will hear in very short order the loan is proceeding and Kodak will be a star for New York and the Nation.
