EC is recognized but not official. They've been raising hell since 5/5 and the 1.75B evaluation but the Judge has not appointed the assembled EC as an official EC.
If they go silent (no objections), probably can be taken as a good sign.
I’ve not seen any sell finalized yet. Offers were made but far as I’ve seen the company is not sold nor has any documentation of a bid being accepted been furnished. And for good reason. The cronies running this have been trying to do nothing but screw investors that they convinced to buy into helping them before they filed this BK. Me being one of them. They lied and used Covid as an excuse and probably would have gotten away with it had investors not stood up to them. I think they underestimated shareholders and employees and thought they could get away with screwing everyone. Just remembering Scuzburgs cocky voice in court ticks me off. I hope he loses everything for trying to set us all up. Keep in mind he willingly admitted he’d been trying to set up this bankruptcy a year before they filed it. He thought he had it all figured out.
