It is a much better story that they don’t manufacture cars, a capital intensive business. They are a distributor w the ability sell/distribute any car that they can make a deal with. If this Skywell EV5 SUV sells well, they will have a home run. The low speed EVs are a whole new emerging market for municipalities, colleges, etc. this is a much lower risk business.

No, the have an exclusive cooperation agreement with Jonway to distribute their EVs in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Caribbean.

The money is in the distributorship not the manufacturing. They can get a nice profit margin on a low cost of production EV without outlaying hundreds of millions of dollars in manufacturing plants, sourcing supplies, and overhead.
