Yea maybe he will have them extended since now he has the licenses...good point... but let's see... it seems like he gets everything done but he throws out a timeframe and things don't get done within that time and people piss all over him... personally he shouldn't throw out timeframes knowing in those countries hardly anything gets done on time. At the same time shareholders need to chill knowing the exact same thing.
